Our design sits comfortably within the historic setting of Dover House, and introduces a small piece of whisky heritage to the space, so that people can really get a sense of what it feels like to share a dram.
The bar rolls out to create an instant serve area for a single malt or a modern cocktail. It is hand crafted in our workshops in Edinburgh from solid oak and copper.
Each turn of the wood and beat of the copper echoes the processes in the whisky industry, but is designed and developed into fine cabinetry, polished and elegant, but still celebrating the marks of the maker.
